What kind of photos should I upload?+
For figurines, upload 1–5 clear, well-lit photos; front and side views help. For a photo puzzle, upload one clear photograph and review its layout. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each. Handmade lions do not require a photo.
Can I see my design before it is made?+
For custom figurines and photo puzzles, yes. After payment, we prepare a design and email you when it is ready. Review it, request changes and approve the latest version before production. Handmade lions are made in your selected reference color and do not require a custom digital design.
How long will my keepsake take?+
The initial planning estimate is 3–5 weeks including design, production and US delivery. Photo quality, revisions and location can affect timing. Contact us before ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.
Will it look exactly like my photo?+
Figurines are stylized interpretations of your photos. Puzzles reproduce your submitted photo layout, with possible print color differences. Handmade lions can vary in stitching and color. Product imagery may be AI-assisted; review the specifications and any custom design carefully.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Keep the packaging and take photos of the item and box. Contact us through your order page so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
